Orders are usually shipped from our warehouses within 3 business days. It then takes between 10 to 20 working days for your item to arrive at your home. During busy periods, it may take up to 6 days to ship. Our packages travel with La Poste, we do not work with relay points.

If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you a refund for your order deducted from shipping costs or we will offer you reshipment, depending on your choice.

You are not eligible for reshipment or reimbursement of your order as long as your package has not been received by the sender.

By default, the reimbursement method is credit. 

If you wish to receive a refund on the payment method used during your purchase, you must notify us on the returns form and a 15% inspection, warehouse and processing fee will apply. Orders that are exchanged or items returned/exchanged due to manufacturer defect do not incur this restocking fee. Fees will be applied to the original order and the balance will be refunded.

Only the final price paid (after any reduction) will be refunded.

Discount codes or vouchers cannot be reissued and are non-refundable.

To protect your personal data, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure that it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, it will be encrypted using the SSL security protocol and stored with AES-256 type encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
